Public Safety is a non-partisan issue and it’s something that every Californian deserves.
It doesn't matter what your political affiliation is. It doesn't matter where you live, what your zip code is, your race, or your identity.
In my 31 years as a prosecutor, I have never allowed partisan politics to play a role in making any decisions on how we prosecute a crime.
As the next Attorney General, I will make decisions that are fair and independent, that don't play politics, and have the best interest of Californians at heart.
